These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the services provided by Together We Grow ("TWG", "we", "us", or "our") to its clients ("Client", "you", or "your").

These Terms apply to all TWG services, including Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Video Production, Video Editing, Graphic Design, Branding, Meta Advertising, Website Development, Website Maintenance and other digital or creative services provided by TWG.

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws and regulations.

“So… What Exactly Did We Agree On?”

The services, deliverables, pricing, timelines and other requirements will be based on the proposal, quotation, package or written agreement accepted by the Client.
Any work outside the agreed scope will be treated as additional work and may be charged separately.

“No Advance, No Adventure.”

A minimum 50% advance payment is required before TWG begins the agreed work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Work may be paused or not started until the required payment is received.

“The Invoice Is Not Shy. It’s Waiting.”

All pending payments must be cleared within 7 days of the applicable invoice unless different payment terms have been agreed in writing.
TWG may pause ongoing services or withhold delivery of pending work where payments remain overdue.

“Unfortunately, Meta Doesn’t Accept Exposure.”

Advertising budgets, domain registrations, hosting, paid plugins, stock assets, third-party software, subscriptions and other external costs are separate from TWG's service fees unless specifically included in the agreed quotation.
Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Google is the Client's responsibility.

“We Can’t Read Minds. Yet.”

The Client must provide required information, content, account access, approvals, brand materials and other resources within a reasonable time.
Delays in providing these items may affect project timelines and delivery dates.

“Two Revisions. Not a Netflix Season.”

Unless otherwise agreed, each creative deliverable includes up to 2 reasonable minor revisions.
Major changes, new concepts or revisions outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Once a deliverable is approved, further changes may be treated as additional work.

“Use It or Let It Go.”

Deliverables are provided according to the agreed package or project scope.
Unused monthly deliverables do not automatically carry forward to the following month unless TWG agrees to this in writing.

“We’re Marketers, Not Magicians.”

TWG will provide services professionally and with reasonable care but does not guarantee specific results such as sales, leads, followers, reach, engagement, rankings, website traffic or advertising performance.
Results may depend on market conditions, audience behaviour, budgets, competition, platform algorithms and third-party policies.

“No Backsies. Unfortunately.”

Payments for work already completed, delivered or committed are generally non-refundable.
Monthly services may be discontinued according to the agreed notice period. Any completed work, committed costs or services provided before termination remain payable.
Any refund, where applicable, will be considered according to the specific agreement and work completed.

“Yes, We’d Like to Show Off a Little.”

TWG may display completed work created for the Client as part of its portfolio, website, social media, presentations, proposals, case studies or other marketing materials.
This may include the Client's brand name, logo, graphics, videos, photographs, advertisements, website designs, website screenshots and other work created by TWG.
If the Client requires specific work to remain confidential or not to be publicly displayed, this must be agreed with TWG in writing before or during the project.

“A Little TWG Never Hurt Anyone.”

TWG may include its logo, name, website, contact information or other TWG branding on or within work created by TWG where reasonably used for branding, attribution, portfolio or marketing purposes.
This may include a watermark, credit, end card, website credit or similar branding, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

“Who Owns This Beautiful Mess?”

Upon full payment, the Client receives rights to use the final approved deliverables created specifically for the Client, subject to any third-party licences or restrictions.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, TWG retains ownership of its raw footage, editable project files, working files, templates, internal processes, source files, unused concepts and proprietary materials.
Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licences and terms.

“Please Don’t Blame Us for the Algorithm.”

TWG may use third-party platforms and technologies including Meta, Google, hosting providers, website plugins, payment services, analytics tools and other software.
TWG is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, account restrictions, algorithm changes, technical failures or other actions of third-party platforms that are outside TWG's reasonable control.

“It’s Not You. It’s Business.”

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement according to the agreed notice period or written agreement.
TWG may suspend or terminate services where there is non-payment, misuse of services, unlawful activity, serious breach of these Terms or conduct that may materially harm TWG or its reputation.
TWG will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control.

The Tiny Bit Everyone Skips

By engaging TWG, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms along with the applicable proposal, quotation, package or written agreement.

Because apparently, “we never discussed that” is not a sustainable business model. 😌
