The legal stuff — but make it aesthetic. Here's how we work together so there are zero surprises down the line.
The "Show Me The Money" Rule
A minimum 50% advance payment is required before we start cooking. Good vibes are appreciated, but they don't cover our software subscriptions.
The 7-Day Countdown
Remaining payments must be cleared within 7 days of invoice generation. After that, our accountants get sad, and you don't want to see sad accountants.
Ad Budgets Aren't Magic Beans
Your ad spend goes straight to Zuckerberg, not us. Ad budgets are completely separate from our agency packages and must be paid by you directly.
The "Hurry Up & Wait" Clause
We work fast, but delivery timelines vary based on client approvals and content availability. We can't edit footage we don't have!
Help Us Help You
You are responsible for providing necessary info, account access, and approvals on time. If we have to guess your Instagram password, things will get weird.
The Two-Tweak Limit
Each reel or post includes up to 2 minor revisions to make it perfect. If we hit round 8 because your cousin's neighbor didn't like a font, we will have to start charging extra.
Use It Or Lose It
Unused deliverables from a monthly package cannot be carried forward to the next month unless agreed in writing. They do not roll over like old prepaid phone minutes.
Marketers, Not Fortune Tellers
We craft cinematic magic, but we do not guarantee specific sales, reach, or follower counts. Results depend on market conditions, audience behavior, and the whims of the algorithm.
No Backsies
Monthly packages are billed in advance and are strictly non-refundable once work has commenced. Once the cinematic gears are turning, there is no hitting undo.
The Flex Clause
We reserve the right to use the completed work for our own portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. We make you look good, let us look good too.
Scope Creep Gets Billed
Any additional work outside the originally agreed scope will be quoted and charged separately. Surprise feature films cost extra.
Blame The Algorithm
Meta, Google, or other platform policy changes are completely beyond TWG's control. We just navigate the chaos.
Who Owns What
All final approved content becomes your property upon full payment. However, the messy, massive raw footage and editable project files stay in our vault unless specifically negotiated.
The Breakup Rule
Either party may discontinue a monthly engagement by providing at least 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Any work already completed or scheduled during the active period remains chargeable. No hard feelings.
